This page explains how individuals can request deletion of personal data processed by NexLink through the Services, including data collected through website interactions, account registration, support requests, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta and Google.

2. Who Can Submit a Request
You may submit a data deletion request if:
- You are the individual whose personal data is being processed by NexLink.
- You are an authorized representative acting on behalf of that individual, with proof of authorization.
- You are a NexLink business client submitting a request on behalf of an end user where NexLink acts as a processor, in accordance with your agreement with NexLink.
3. What Data Can Be Deleted
Depending on your relationship with NexLink, deletion may include:
- Account profile information such as name, email address, and company details.
- Support communications and contact form submissions.
- Analytics identifiers associated with your use of the website, where applicable.
- Data collected through integrations you authorized, subject to the policies of those third-party platforms.
Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, billing records, dispute resolution, or enforceable legal obligations.
4. How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your account or request.
- The NexLink service or website you used.
- A clear description of the data you want deleted.
- Proof of identity or authorization, if requested for security verification.

5. Response Timeline
NexLink will acknowledge your request within a reasonable period and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, including:
- GDPR (EU/EEA): generally within 30 days, extendable where permitted.
- LGPD (Brazil): without undue delay, in accordance with ANPD guidance.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): generally within 45 days, extendable where permitted.
If we need additional information to verify your identity or clarify the scope of the request, we will contact you before completing the deletion.
6. Third-Party Platform Data
If your data was collected through a third-party platform integrated with NexLink, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or another provider, you may also need to submit a deletion request directly to that platform.
For Meta-related data processing, this page may be used as the required data deletion callback URL where applicable.
7. Account Deletion
If you have an active NexLink account, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with the account. Account deletion may result in loss of access to services, historical records, and associated workspace data, subject to legal retention requirements.
